HOW TO JOIN

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Notts & Derbys Cat Club you should complete a MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM, a copy of which is shown below. You can either print a copy from the facsimile below or you can request a form by post from the Hon Secretary or from Mrs Mary Uzupa, the Membership Secretary.

This subscription covers your membership until 31st December next.

NOTES : a) The Joining Fee is no longer payable w.e.f 1^st January 2008 b) Joint members may be any two persons living at the same address. c) Annual subscriptions become due on 1st January each year

d) Applications are subject to approval by the Committee at the first scheduled meeting after receipt.

e) 2 years membership are required for the signing of GCCF prefix applications.

Your attention is drawn to Section 4 Rule 1c of the GCCF Rules which states: �No cat, kitten or neuter registered with the GCCF ��...may be exhibited at any Show not licensed by the GCCF, except after prior notification to the GCCF Office.

Please complete the form and send it with the appropriate subscription and joining fee to Mary, whose address is 18 Croft Road, Thurcaston Park, Leicester, LE4 1HA. Subscription rates were amended at the AGM in April 2007 and the joining fee will no longer apply. The subscription for joint members now costs �7.00 and for single members �4.00. You do not need a proposer and your application will be considered by the Committee at their next meeting.

A copy of the Application Form is also printed in the Show Schedule to enable exhibitors who are not currently members of the Club to join with their entry. The form should be sent with your Show entry to the appropriate Section Manager and the subscription should be included with your Show Entry Fees.

IMPORTANT NOTE : The Committee would like to point out that the Club will not authorise Prefix Applications for submission to the GCCF until a person has been a fully paid-up adult member for two years.
