Please
rest assured that all our cats are FeLV and FIV Negative
We currently have eight
cats and kittens looking for permanent homes as detailed below:
Hello! I am Milly and this is my daughter Zita. I am 2.5 years old and Zita is
18 months old. We are both spayed, fully innoculated and in excellent
health. We are gentle and easy going and have much affection to give in
return for two meals a day and a few biscuits. Sadly our previous owners
could not look after us any longer so we are looking for a loving home. We would
not mind other cats but we are not used to dogs or other animals. We are
happy with children. Please contact Dina Buxton if you think you would
like us.... we are all ready to go!

ALSO ....
We shall soon be looking for purrfect homes for Emma and her four
adorable male kittens (ten weeks old on 19th October). Emma - only just
out of kittenhood herself - was living rough and came to us in the nick of
time to have her babies in comfort and security.

good, loving home.

could give a permanent loving home to any of
these deserving cats
please contact

Established
in 1989 the NDCC Welfare Fund, which depends mainly upon private donations,
together with contributions from Charity Classes and a Welfare Stall at our
annual Show, seeks to provide shelter, sustenance and veterinary care for
distressed cats in emergency situations, and whilst awaiting new homes.
We have a
limited amount of high standard accommodation, offering a comfortable
environment for the cats in our care. Found cats that are not
claimed, or cats that are released into care by their former owners, are
rehomed. Great care is taken to determine the suitability of
potential owners, and to match cats and homes as closely as possible.
No healthy
cat is ever put to sleep and we would only consider such a course of action, on
veterinary advice, for a cat whose illness or injury has rendered its quality of
life unacceptable.
Please
contact Dina Buxton (Tel. 0115 9211308) if you need help to find a loving
permanent home for a cat in need.
